Description: A spatial representation (polygons) of the delineated natural community boundaries located within several natural areas identified as part of the Shiawassee Huron Headwaters Preservation Project. The features provide a site specific ecological summary generated through a field inventory. The S&H project area covers Rose, Sprinfield, Highland, White Lake, and Milford Townships. The MNFI staff started its inventory work using 1997 aerial photos covering the project area to identify possible high quality natural areas. Key attributes include vegetation type (Vegetation) and size (Acres).
